During the “Coding da Vinci” culture hackathon, students and other tech enthusiasts will be free to use the open data of big cultural institutions of Baden-Württemberg. The programming competition will focus on digital applications for the creative use of the cultural heritage of the state. With its about 23,000 students, of which 9,000 study economics, informatics, and humanities and social sciences, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is one of the co-organizers.
