Patron or steerer – which role does politics have towards science? This question will be in the center of the Colloquium Fundamentale “Politics in Science. On the Purpose of Research in Modern Societies.” The series of presentations of ZAK | Center for Cultural and General Studies of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) will be opened by science historian Professor Michael Hagner on Thursday, April 28, 2022, 6.00 pm at the Redtenbacher-Hörsaal (Engelbert-Arnold-Str. 4, KIT Campus South, Building 10.91). Admission will be free.
