One Week of "Days of Democracy"

A diverse range of events from June 23 to 28 for interested citizens around Karlsruhe’s Kronenplatz

Participation, education, discourse: From June 23 to 28, KIT is hosting the “Days of Democracy” for the fifth time.

For the fifth time, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), together with partners, is organizing the knowledge week “Days of Democracy.” Around Kronenplatz, in downtown Karlsruhe, the focus will be on the present and future of parliamentary democracy—featured in lectures, discussions, and participatory formats, as well as through literature, music, and performances. The program is complemented by the symposium “How Are You, Democracy?” Admission to all events is free.
